Shipping Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure your package is properly delivered and delivered within the time frames we advertise, please double check to make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct street numbers, apartment/building numbers, and additional route information is critical to ensuring timely delivery. If the ship to address or other delivery information is entered incorrectly at the time of purchase we are not responsible lost shipments.

We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS.

In regards to international shipments, the items will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee is responsible for all duties and taxes related to the goods in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

 

PROCESSING TIME 

In some cases an order can be subject to a processing time up to 2 business days. Processing time can be unexpected and out of our control as the shipper. Processing time is described as a time that is separate and apart from the time it takes the item to reach its destination. If your order has a status of shipped but it has no other information provided as far as tracking updates then your package is in processing time.

After you order has shipped an email will be sent to you containing tracking information, sometimes there may be more than 1 email with separate tracking numbers and the items you can expect to be delivered on the specified tracking number.

USPS is used for U.S. Domestic & International orders. In some cases we will use UPS for U.S. Domestic shipments depending on the size of the order.

 

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment from ESLingerie.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

 

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking number states your package was delivered but you have not received it; please contact us within 10 days. Before contacting us please be sure to check any bushes that it could have been left in or with any roommates/neighbors that would be kind enough to pick up your package for you but may have forgotten to inform you about the delivery, it happens quite often ;)

We can assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete.

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If there are multiple items on your order and one happens to be out of stock we will proceed with shipping the rest of the items on your order. In addition we will inform you about the item and if you wish to cancel that item we can issue a refund or if you would like to wait for the item to come back into stock we will provide you with an estimated replenish by date. 

 

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

ES Lingerie reserves the right to require customers to use the same shipping and billing address if we are unable to process an order or verify the provided shipping address.

ES Lingerie reserves the right to cancel orders at any time due to:

  • Excessive customer returns history - indicative of “wardrobing”
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

ES Lingerie reserves the right reject returns to any customer due to similar actions noted above.
